VOW 2023 was and is THE party to be at! Being a part of the first ever event is something special and there’s only so many words I would use to describe it that even then it wouldn’t do it justice! Everything from the food, to the atmosphere, and especially the epic rager of a party; if you miss it, I can 1000% guarantee you’ll have fomo🤷🏻♂️ Even if you’re not a party type of person, it’s still the place to be to connect with our local wedding community outside of the 5 minute small talk conversations we have on weddings days! VOW is always putting the community first and I’m so stoked for what they have in store for the future🔥

Chartwells Catering at Wichita State University will be providing all of the food this year and we cannot wait for you to experience it all. When We approached Chartwells about VOW 25, we told them we wanted the food to be familiar, filling, and creative. We wanted a variety of small bites (that are filling) that you could easily make your way through the environment with and not feel confined to a table so that you can maximize your mingle time!
VOW 25 will feature 2 food stations that will be available through out the night. Check them out!

This year, we are kicking off the party with an extended cocktail hour that will feature the culinary talents of Chartwell’s Catering. Anyone who knows Chartwells, knows that you are in for delicious food experience that will not only taste AMAZING, but will also reaching for your phone to share their creations in your IG Stories! Chartwells will be providing heavy hors d'oeuvres throughout cocktail hour and a portion of the dance party. And don’t worry, we will have plenty of food this year!

After you've had your fill of incredible hors d’oeuvres and sipped on cocktails and mocktails throughout cocktail hour, it’s time to hit the dance floor. We've got the beats lined up and the party energy turned up high to keep you dancing till the night ends. Not a dancer? We got you covered. We have a fun and unique layout planned for this years party that will allow our introverted guests to feel like they are a party of the party without actually busting out their dance moves. We will also offer multiple seating areas for you to sit down with friends and chat and sip on your drinks in a quieter environment if that’s more your speed.
